               Opposing View Points: Medical Marijuana  

Marijuana is the most commonly used drug in the United States. Some people consider marijuana beneficial and harmless. They also feel like weed should be illegal. It can be used for treating serious diseases, such as AIDS, Glaucoma and Chronic Pains. Even though it helps diseases some people still feel like it's no reason for it to be legalized. Marijuana can be good even though some people use it in a negative way such as smoking and not taking advantage of how it to properly use it. Marijuana is the term for dried leaves or cannabis plant.


 Cannabinoids are used in treating vomiting and nausea, which is commonly used in cancer patients when going through chemotherapy treating cancer. It's also used for treating Anorexia etc. Among arguments against the legalization of marijuana is that it contains carcinogens and may increase the risk of lung cancer and other tract cancers. Marijuana contains 50 to 70 more carcinogens than tobacco. With that being said, Marijuana could be very helpful when treating certain diseases but at the same time i feel like if you use marijuana in a bad way it can cause harm.

Who will win the Debate?


On September 26, 2016, The debate with the two presidential candidates was recorded live. Both showing their opinions of how they would be if they actually became president of the United States. I feel like both candidates showed they are worthy enough to have that spot.  Hilary was more on supporting Americans so they could be debt free in college and she also feel like like immigrants is welcomed in United States. Donald Trump in his opinion, he think that the Mexicans and the Chinese people are taking our jobs trying to make America like their culture and he is not having that. I understand that he feel that way, but at the same-time he shouldn't do that as a president he should make everywhere welcome not just people who are not American Citizens. Ethos, Pathos and Logos was used in this debate it was emotional to certain people who didn't agree to what either one was saying depending on who they were going for, and a lot  of other logical stuff that was used also between both sides. In my opinion i feel like Hilary Clinton had better points because she is equal and don't discriminate against other cultures and races.   

Sweatshops

                  

                 Is Sweatshops really as bad as it seems?

People who are forced to do labor at a young age

 Working at a sweatshop is something i doubt anybody would want to do. Sweatshops is defined by the US Department of Labor as a factory that violates 2 or more labor laws.Children that are 5 to 14 are are forced to work.I don't think any child should be working at that young of an age, especially when they have a lot of other things they could be doing and looking forward too. Sweatshops often have poor working condition, unfair wages and unreasonable hours.

Working in a sweatshop it also lacks benefits from workers. The people who are forced to work must spend majority of their paycheck on food for their families to survive. Many of their families don't have much the reason why so many young people are working at sweatshops. Is sweatshops really as bad as it seems? Yes it is. The average percent of women working at sweatshops are 90%. It's so sad that even women are working a lot to make thing like clothes, shoes, toys etc. Some workings only get $0.13 to $0.26 an hour which is so sad especially how often they work.
